KenFlooring & Bathrooms is a family-owned and operated business, with over 30 years in experience in the bathroom industry. Opening our first stand-alone stores in Sydney, before expanding to Melbourne in 2006.

KenFlooring & Bathrooms opened in 2015 by William Ngo, he has been working in the family business since 2006. Over the years he has gained a wealth of knowledge which he uses to assist his customers to choose the right product for their renovations.

We strive to bring the best quality products to our customers, always stocking the most up to date bathroom and flooring products at a competitive price. At the same time not compromising on the quality of the products. You will find all the products that you’ll will need to build your dream bathroom or house. Our products range from vanities to taps, mixers and flooring. You can view our extensive products on our website or alternatively you can view the products at our Coburg north showroom.

Yes, we have a showroom in Coburg North where you can view and purchase the products.

For our online stores you can make payments via stripe or paypal For our retail store we take visa, mastercard and cash.

Yes you can buy online, however we only deliver to metro Melbourne. Alternatively, you can pick up the items at our Coburg North warehouse.

You may contact us via phone or email kenflooring@hotmail.com to modify your order.Modifications to your order can only be made prior to finalisation of sale.

Yes. you can contact our sales representative and enquire about the item, an estimated time of arrival (ETA) will be provided.

All of our products comes with warranties. For specific warranty of a product you can enquire with one of our friendly representatives.

If you have received the incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will organise the correct products to be resent.

Please contact us if you need to return or exchange an item because it is faulty or incorrect. We do offer refunds for change of mind, however this will incur a 30% handling fee. A refund can be made within 7 days of supply, and all items must be returned in a resale-able condition with relevant invoice provided. We do accept exchange of products, however the cost of returning the products will be on the customer.

Yes. You may cancel your order; however, you will need to contact us within 24 hrs to do so.Please contact us via phone or at kenflooring@hotmail.com

Yes you can, we will contact you when your items are ready for pick up.

If you have chosen to pick up your items at our warehouse, a representative will contact you to advise when the items or ready for pick up.

We only deliver within metro Melbourne.

Delivery charges will vary based on product and your location. A representative will contact you in regards to cost for delivery.

You will either be contacted via phone or email to let you know that your items have been dispatched.

We will endeavour to have the products delivered within 3-7 days, subject to availability of stock.

We do offer refunds for change of mind, however this will incur a 30% handling fee. a refund can be made within 7 days of supply, and all items must be returned in a resale-able condition with relevant invoice provided. For products that are faulty or incorrect product delivered, you can contact us and we will organise a refund.

Returns for items can be made at our retail store in Coburg North, otherwise if you are returning via mail or courier the cost of the return will be on the customer.

You can reset your password by requesting it by clicking on ‘forgotten password’ and an email will be sent allowing you to enter in a new password.
